Ganked a meme from M about the object to you left is now your weapon of choice in the Zombie Apocalypse; what is it? Thought it was pretty funny and some of the answers so far have been fairly amusing. Mine's my phone (Droid X). Think it would be perfect if I could get google to create a layer for the latitude/maps app that would show you the location of the zombies. Could come in terrible useful. Anyways....
Been off prednisone since two Wed's ago. Has not been a pleasant ride. Yesterday wasn't so bad. This morning was not good. Night time seems to be worse. I sucked it up and went ahead and took some more this morning; 10mg. Took another 5 with lunchtime meds. I knew that aside from it helping with the achy/sore feeling it should also take care of the pressure on chest feeling while it was at it. It did. I'm.... displeased. REALLY thought I could go without it. Did for a week. Like I said in my last post, totally wouldn't have been able to do that last year so kudos to the rituxan.
Still haven't taken the methotrexate. As the prednisone seems to have fixed my issues, going to see if I can keep going without it. Yes, I need to tell me doc. No, I'm not going to do it just yet. Come Sun when I usually take another round I'll see where I'm at still taking 15mg of the prednisone. If I feel peachy, going to keep going without the methotrexate. Want my hair back, dang it.
Anyways, many hours after I started this later, still feeling ok. Sadly, it seems prednisone fixes everything. Hooray cure-all-ish drug. Bleh. At least it means I should feel good for this weekend. Lots going on. Triple booked even. Ugh. Is nice to be getting out, though. Hoping there's some down time next week. Weekends are pretty much booked till the end of the year. Whee!
